This website is operated by Journey with Banjara. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Journey with Banjara. You can contact us about privacy by email at journeywithbanjara@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you browse the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, travel dates, group size and questions. We use it only to reply to you.
The trip planner works entirely in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us or stored by this website: it is turned into a message that you can check and then choose to send by WhatsApp or email. We receive only what you send. Please don't include passport, ID or payment details.
Third-party services
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under its own privacy policy. Email is handled by our email provider.
Our homepage includes a YouTube video. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. The player then loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube (Google) may set cookies or similar storage and process data such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising services on this site.
Cookies
We do not set cookies ourselves. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. If you play the homepage video, YouTube may set its own cookies, as described above.
How we use and share information

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them to respond to you and for related record keeping, and then delete them.
